2.Structure and principle:
The machine is divided into two parts of mechanical and electric control. 

The electric control part is composed of a pressure sensor and an electric control box and other components; the mechanical part is composed of multilevel feeding mechanism, power metering hopper and a bag clamping mechanism, a frame and other parts. 

Electronic balance work, under the control of a controller, a discharging door closed first, automatic peeling cleared then the opening of the material feeding mechanism and feeding, constantly enters the measuring bucket, pressure sensor convert the weight of material into a corresponding electrical signal, sent to the controller. 

Controller in the panel window shows the weight of the material value, and sequentially outputs a control signal according to the settings of the parameters, make the feeding mechanism to feed in quickly, medium, or slow velocity, now we change to a single group separation plus vibration feeding material form, without shaking to complete accurate quantitative feeding, because the whole machine shaking badly when we use the three stage group separation. 

It will absolutely not damage the appearance of materials. 

Feeding mechanism are all closed after the end of the process, the metering bucket open the discharging door first when the quantity is enough, the material filling in turn through the bag clamping cylinder.
